David Carter – Director, Vintage Property Group (VPG)
As one of the founding partners of VPG, David has more than 11 years of experience in the property industry over a broad range of sectors including commercial sales and leasing, investment sales and development site sales. He has also worked for several years in project marketing, gaining experience on various residential apartment projects before becoming Development Manager at VPG.
David graduated with a degree in Property Economics from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2003. He also holds a Financial Management Review Certificate from the University of New England, is a licensed real estate agent and a corporate member of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA).
Today, David is a pivotal member of VPG as the Development Manager for the group’s projects overseeing site identification and acquisition, coordinating the design process including market analysis to anticipate demand for product mix and supervising the marketing sales and delivery program for the projects.
David has a passion for the future growth of South East Queensland and a vision to create dynamic affordable residential solutions in enviable locations with high levels of amenity and lifestyle. David is on the Board of the Kelvin Grove Urban Village Business Association and is the Treasurer of the Principal Body Corporate of Kelvin Grove Urban Village.
John Gangemi – Project Manager & Builder - Eurocom Projects, Partner of Vintage Property Group
Eurocom Pty Ltd, solely owned and managed by John Gangemi, has been operating in the property and construction industry for over 28 years. Over this time, John has gained experience building, developing and delivering a wide range of projects from small residential projects to large multimillion dollar commercial projects.
Eurocom has established a reputable name in the building industry by ensuring a highly professional approach to each project and by guaranteeing the delivery of projects is executed in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner. John’s vision and ability has meant that many of Eurocom’s projects have resulted in shorter time frames, lower costs and higher quality than budgeted.
John began in the construction industry as a licensed electrician, has an Advanced Diploma in Building Studies, an Open Building License and is a member of the Queensland Master Builders Association.
In addition to being a key shareholder at VPG, Eurocom is the Project Manager, Head Contractor, and Builder for all projects, liaising and contracting with trades and consultants to ensure the best possible product is delivered within budget and on time.
